Tell Me I’m a Fattie

Seriously people…this is what I need you to do…

Whenever you see me tell me how fat I am…

I know what you’re thinking…Holly! But you look so fantastic! You’re down 19 pounds and are so damn sexy I can’t keep my eyes off of your hotness!

And while I may be turning into a hot piece of ass so that I’m not the fattest bridesmaid I have a confession to make…

I’ve lost my motivation…

The last ten days I’ve slowly been turning back into my gluttonous ways…

And yes! I am so fucking pissed at myself and yet I can’t seem to get my groove back…

And everyone telling me how absolutely fantastic I look isn’t helping…because then I say to myself, Oh Holly-go ahead…skip your workout today and eat a quarter pounder with cheese! It doesn’t matter…you look fantastic anyway!

So one day leads to another and another and before you know it, my groove is gone and my back fat is coming back….

So seriously people, tell me what a fat fucker I’m turning into and how I’m going to have to go on Jerry Springer and have the firefighters come cut me out of my house because I’m so fat Eric has to wipe my ass….

    You can do it, mama! I believe in you. Just think about the 800000000 calories that are in that QP before you take a bite. And how it will just sit in the pit of your stomach like a bowling ball. I’ve lost a shit ton of weight recently, so I know it’s hard, but if I can do it, you can.

    lol I don’t think I could call you fat… maybe make piggie innuendos hehe but in a loving way. I hate exercise and diets lol and try to sneak bad food in whenever possible but that’s because I’m a fat kid at heart! You can do it just imagine yourself looking awesometastic in that dress and heading to get a big ass burger after its all done! :D

    Seems everyone is scared, so here, Mooooooo!!! Let’s go tubby! Get off that jiggling ass and work it! Does that work? Lol! Me and my husband will moo and oink at each other when we see food rules being broken. We are both trying to drop 15lbs and I will admit that having my husband moo at me really works wonders on my desire to eat anything inappropriate when he is around. My 3 year has caught on and will moo at me too or snitch on me when daddy gets home. Little turd. But u can do it!

    What helps me stay motivated is looking up fat people online >.> Seriously, there are some out there photos fat people think are ok (im trying to loose over 100lbs and keep it off) I want to be healthy, my thyroid isn’t helping me though it keeps my weight loss low. But I have been consistent with 3 pounds a month, I want to loose more but it doesn’t seem to want to be that way. I find having only healthy snacks in the house keeps me from going and just binge eating junk food (no junk food no problem right?) You should remember to keep at least 1 day that you can eat whatever you want a week. This way you wont loose out on loosing weight, plus it gives you a special day to go and eat that fatty burger or a pizza that isn’t home made or something like that.

    As long as you excersize im thinking you’ll do fine. Just trade those fries for veggie sticks or a salad if your eating a burger or if you can eat a veggie burger or salmon burger instead of red meat. Just keep a low count on what you put into your veggie burger because it could end up with just as many calories as a regular burger.

    I have faith that you can do this, im doing it with a thyroid issue so I know you can do it too.

    I won’t call your ass fat, I can’t be mean! However, you don’t want to wake up one day and realize you have no neck, and that your loving husband and all of your best friends never said “Hey, you have no neck!” (I realy didn’t, look at the before and after pics.) Or like when I asked, “do I look fat in this outfit?” no one thought to say, “well…” (Totally why I have trust issues lol) Put down the burger, pick up an apple, and do this sh*t! You can do it!
